Philippe Giraud

Chairman & Partner

Phillippe began his career at Neuflize, then joined Federal Finance (Arkéa) before returning to Neuflize Gestion. He then joined KBL France, then the GTI Group, where he specialized in asset-backed financing (securitization). In 2018, he launched his own consulting firm dedicated to the financing of small and medium-sized enterprises.

Baptiste Jacquelin

Business Manager

He holds a Master’s degree in Market Finance from the École Supérieure de Gestion, and has 2 years’ experience in customer support with Banque Richelieu France.

He joined Richelieu Corporate Finance at its creation to assist Philippe Giraud in analyzing and monitoring transactions.
